Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Agent Secret Store (“the Service”), operated by One Frequency Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Agent Secret Store provides a managed secret vault for AI agents, including encrypted credential storage, scoped token issuance, approval workflows, and audit logging. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

3. Accounts and Registration

You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@agentsecretstore.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Store secrets that violate applicable export control or sanctions laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Billing and Payment

The Free tier is provided at no cost with usage limits. Paid plans (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

6. Data and Security

We encrypt all secrets using AES-256-GCM with envelope encryption backed by GCP Cloud KMS (FIPS 140-2 Level 3). While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for the security of your own applications and agent configurations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Frequency Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your encrypted data for 30 days post-termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. You may export your data (excluding raw secret values) before termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
